Sale and delivery conditions

We sell and deliver exclusively under the following conditions. Verbal agreements are uneffective. Our declarations and consents are only binding after our written confirmation.

Delivery

All deliveries out of Rödermark, Ober-Roden take place at the customer's own risk. The mail carrier's receipt is sufficient evidence of orderly dispatching of the merchandise. Shipments only take place against cash on delivery or cash before delivery. Orderly dispatched merchandise will only be taken back with our consent. The customer carries the sosts and risks of returned merchandise. 10% processing fee reserved.

Prices

The prices consist exclusively of insurrance, shipping and handling and VAT. Price changes and mistakes reserved. Terms of payment are cash on hand, cash after delivery or cash before delivery.

Guarantee

Claims on guarantee are only accepted after immediate, written notice within 7 days after receiving obviously defect merchandise. By justified claims of defect merchandise, we will provide a replacement of our choice. If replacement of the delivery fails, the customer has the right to cancel the contract. For this, the merchandise must be available to us free of charge. Other claims, especially for compensation, are not possible, unless damaged merchandise was delivered on purpose. Competition vehicles or parts used on suchare excluded from the guarantee. Generally excluded from the guarantee are damages to parts or conversion sets as a result of misuse, as well as incorrect installation, use or operation.

Registration duty

It is the customer's duty to have all changes and conversions on vehicles taking part in public traffic entered in the registration documents according to law. All claims against the vendor as a result of traffic accidents of any kind are out of the question.

Legal liability

Claims for compensation against the vendor through performance improved or in any way converted vehicles are not acceptable.

Place of fulfillment and legal domicile

Place of fulfillment is Rödermark, Ober- Roden. The legal domicile in Langen is agreed upon for all disputes between businessmen, dealers as well as unknown persons or persons living out of the country. In all cases, german law is effective.
